For over 30 years I've been extremely pessimistic, partly thanks to being bipolar, but mainly because it's easier to stick to what you know (and I know negativity)! It's time for a change, and 2011 will be the year of change. No more wallowing in self-pity, focusing on the negative. From now on the journey is about positivity, accomplishment and happiness.
